Specially formulated for long hair, OSiS Soft Dust is a volumizing powder with a light hold that visibly adds fullness while leaving hair supple and flexible.

Application: Gently shake the volumizing powder before use. Hold Upright. Apply to dry hair and work in with fingers to add volume at the roots. Apply to hair lengths and run fingers through hair for a smooth texture.
